My practice is fully remote to ensure accessibility and flexibility. I offer appointments on Mondays and Fridays. Each appointment lasts 50 minutes and is conducted by video, phone or chat through GoogleMeet, WhatsApp or telephone.

I recognise that therapy is an investment and fees can sometimes be a barrier to access. My standard session rate is £100, with a limited number of concessionary sessions available at £85.

I also offer clinical supervision to mental health professionals working in specialist fields of physical health, or who require Existential supervision.
