My practice is fully remote to ensure accessibility and flexibility. I offer counselling and psychotherapy appointments on Mondays and Fridays. Each appointment lasts 50 minutes and is conducted by video, phone or chat through Skype, GoogleMeet, WhatsApp or telephone.
My fees are £85 per session and I am a recognised provider with WPA, Aviva, VitalityHealth and AXA Health.

I also offer clinical supervision to mental health professionals working in specialist fields of physical health, or who require Existential supervision.
