I offer supervision for psychologists and psychotherapists seeking to deepen their existential practice or develop confidence in working within physical health contexts.
Supervision can support you to:
Integrate existential theory into clinical work
Work with themes of mortality, uncertainty, and meaning
Develop psychologically informed approaches in medical settings
Reflect on professional identity and ethical dilemmas
Embed equity, diversity, and inclusion principles in practice
I have undertaken several formal supervision trainings, including supervising clinical psychologists and BPS-recognised existential supervision training. I currently supervise both trainee and qualified psychotherapists in my NHS role, and provide reflective practice support to NHS support workers and staff in rare disease charities.
It’s normal for clinicians to feel conflicted, uncertain, or even guilty about decisions, client outcomes, or their own limits. Supervision provides a safe space to explore these experiences, acknowledge difficult emotions, and strengthen your clinical confidence.
My approach to supervision is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in curiosity. I aim to create a space where complexity is welcomed and clinical thinking can deepen safely.
